These parameters are available with the addition of a compatible textile heart rate monitor belt or a Running Dynamics Pod, which simply clips onto your belt. Training Status is a new performance analysis tool that automatically evaluates your recent activity history and performance indicators to tell you whether your training is effective, at optimal levels, or too intense. The new Training Effect Anaerobic metric provides you with information on an important new aspect of your training by showing you how your training improves your ability to push your limits. You can also view your overall training load, which measures the volume of your workouts over the last 7 days and compares it to the optimal figures based on your fitness level and recent training history.
