The Multi-Gym Pro Harbinger® is a portable gym system that can be used as a door pull-up bar as well as for sit-ups, push-ups and dips. The Multi-Gym Pro targets the muscles of the arms, chest, core and back with exercises that provide maximum muscle engagement. It features padded handles that allow for 4 grip positions to perform normal grip, close grip, wide grip and hammer grip pull-ups. The 300 pound load capacity allows for safe use with a weight vest. Placed on the floor, the Multi-Gym Pro can be used for sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups. The padded handles are comfortable and help ensure proper form. It also features a patented door frame protection feature that uses a unique flat design with thick foam pads to help protect door frames. Easy to install and requiring no drilling, the Multi-Gym Pro securely fits door frames from 27 to 33 inches wide and up to 6 inches deep.
