Training hurdles can be used in a variety of ways - in soccer, athletics and many autres sports where running speed or the coupling of arm and leg movements is a critical factor in performance. They are ideal for warm-up programs, training running coordination or speed and sprint strength training. Training hurdles can also be used in functional training and physiotherapy, for example for ankle stabilization exercises.
Training hurdles are available in three different heights.
The length of the training course can be varied at will by using several hurdles. The three versions are therefore available in a convenient set of 8. Thanks to their ease of use, the training course can be set up or modified quickly and easily.
