Additionally, the Smooth Stretch Woven minimizes horizontal stretching, which helps keep the foot in the correct position while running. 2 Sole The top midsole is made of MIZUNO ENERZY NXT, which is soft and lightweight while providing excellent energy return. The outsole is made of MIZUNO ENERZY, offering both soft cushioning and good stability.
