Bodybuilding vest with wide Velcro straps for a very good, comfortable fit. With 30 weight bags of 300 g each, the vest weight can be adapted to the performance level. Weight individually adjustable from 1 (no extra weight) to 10 kg (all extra weights). One size fits all, dimensions 57 x 46 cm.
