tanga sports® Balance Step PRO
The Balance Step PRO can be used on both sides and is suitable for a wide range of training purposes. Balance, coordination andendurance strength training can be done standing, jumping or lying on the semi-circular surface. The flat side can be used both as a balance plate and for push-up exercises. The two fitness tubes supplied can be attached to the sides of the Balance Step base plate, enabling combined arm, upper body and balance training. The air pump allows you to adjust the hardness of the Balance Step, which also modifies the instability of the trainer.
The Balance Step PRO is suitable for dynamic gym training, specific athletic training or general balance training for all performance levels. It is also used for divers therapy exercises.
