Refine your balance and improve your performance with the Pedalo twisting balance trainer, designed for targeted training.
The Pedalo® Foot Torsion Trainer is an excellent exercise device for training foot stability. Additionally, the training device can also detect misalignments and deficiencies.
Coordinated foot torsion (rotation) refers to pronation in the forefoot with inversion in the rearfoot. Torsion provides the stability necessary for the foot. Besides the mobile use of the tarsal bones, foot torsion requires differentiated control by the calf and leg muscles.
The Pedalo Foot Torsion Trainer allows for targeted training of the foot torsion necessary for proper foot function. To this end, the standing surface is divided into ten segments aligned one after another. Each segment can move independently to the left and right. This way, the foot muscles and foot position can be optimized in their individual zones and functions.

Detection of misalignments
The unique foot torsion trainer Pedalo adjusts to the current foot position and indicates, by the position of the segments in relation to each other, whether the foot torsion is occurring in a spiral and even manner from the rearfoot to the forefoot. Weak points, misalignments, and thus instabilities become visible and can be specifically trained uniquely. With the help of the 2 integrated fixing rods, the segments can be tied together in their mobility.
