Fitness expander, made of flexible material, with 6 loops of approx. 12 cm and 5 thumb openings. With this Avento fitness expander you can quickly switch between exercises, e.g. with only your hands or with hands and feet at the same time. You can also vary the amount of force: a broad grip on the expander gives less resistance when stretching than when you bring the hands closer together, so you can build up the difficulty of exercises in a simple and effective way.
