Its diameter of 50 or 48.3 mm allows you to work on your grip, the strength of your forearms and to solicit more efficiently the muscles of the upper body. It can support up to 200 kg and its textured paint makes it easy to grip.
The FAT BARRE is used on a daily basis as a classic weightlifting bar, it adapts to all types of movements, whether it is the SNATCH, CLEAN AND JERK or DEADLIFT.
