The Blackroll Running Box contains 3 handy Blackroll products that are essential when you are running. These products can improve your performance and protect you from injury. The Running Box was developed by Blackroll in collaboration with Sabrina Mockenhaupt, who is a well known German long distance runner. The box contains:
- The Blackroll Thin foam roller for intense self-massage and muscle recovery
- The Blackroll Loop band (green) for functional training and strengthening of your muscles
- The Blackroll Mini Flow Foam Roller which supports your blood circulation and reduces tension in the muscles
These products are packaged in a convenient carrier so you can take them with you to a workout.There are also training programs included, for beginners and advanced runners incl. tips and exercises .
In the special (free) Application Blackroll you will also find a variety of exercises and training.
